Shipping Policy

Nifao ships art for the home from our U.S. warehouses with secure packing and reliable carriers. The terms below explain how we process and deliver your order.
1. Order processing time

Most in stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Freight and oversized pieces may require 3 to 7 business days to schedule.

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
2. Shipping rates
- We offer Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states (Lower 48).

Rates are available for services not included in free shipping (e.g., expedited, white-glove, or inside delivery). Please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
3. Carriers and methods

Small and medium parcels ship with major carriers such as FedEx or UPS.

Large or heavy items ship by LTL freight. Standard freight service is curbside delivery.

White glove or inside delivery may be available by request for an added fee.
4. Tracking and delivery

A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.

Signature may be required for high value shipments.

Please use a street address. PO Boxes are not available for oversized or freight items.
5. Freight deliveries and appointments

The carrier will contact you to set a delivery window for freight shipments.

Curbside delivery means the driver will deliver to the nearest safe point at the curb or driveway. The carrier does not unpack, place, or install the item unless you purchased an upgraded service.

If you miss a scheduled delivery, re delivery fees from the carrier may apply.
6. Shipping areas

We ship within the United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional time and cost.

International shipping may be available on a case by case basis. Duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Inspection on arrival and damage claims

Please inspect the package on delivery. If damage is visible, note Damage on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos of the box and item.

Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. Report shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim.
8. Address changes and delivery holds

Once an order has shipped, requests to change the address or hold the shipment may incur carrier fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for return authorization.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and materials.

Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. Nifao does not provide prepaid return labels.

For freight size returns, the customer must arrange insured freight back to our warehouse. We can share dimensions and weights to help you book the return.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will have round trip shipping deducted from any refund.

Custom, made to order, or final sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
10. Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once a label is created or freight is scheduled, cancellation may incur shipping and scheduling costs.
