Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Bronze cleaning materials
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanges may vary.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
