Fine Arts Outlet offers free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote.

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping costs for orders outside the contiguous U.S. are calculated based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be provided in US Dollars (USD). Please contact us for a quote.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on artwork availability and order volume. Customers will receive a notification when their order ships.

5. Transit & Delivery Time

FedEx delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping service. Typical delivery times within the contiguous U.S. range from 2 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations will vary. Please note: These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Tracking Your Order

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped. Orders can be tracked on the FedEx website or via the tracking link provided in the email.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Fine Arts Outlet is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
